The main characteristic of this block-lift is that it has a rigid locking in compression and relatively rigid in extension. In this case the oil prevents the movement in compression and the spring is rigid up to the mechanical strength of the spring in the compression direction. In the extension direction, the locking is rigid until the force of the pressure on the floating piston is exceeded (locking force).
